  • We currently ship to destinations within the United States only.
  1. Order processing
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time; see product pages for specifics.
  1. Shipping methods & estimated transit times
  • Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS/FedEx): 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping (UPS/FedEx 2-Day): 2 business days after processing.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day after processing (cutoff time applies).
  • Transit times begin after the order has shipped and are estimates only.
  1. Shipping rates
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and shipping method.
  1. Tracking
  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Use that number to track delivery on the carrier’s website.
  1. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us at Oraya8@Oraya8shop.com we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
  • If a package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contents and email photos to [oraya8@oray8shop.com] within 7 days so we can assist with a claim.
  1. Address changes & failed deliveries
  • Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the carrier’s inability to deliver, additional reshipping fees may apply.
  1. Signature requirements
  • Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for security. If you prefer a signature release, indicate this in your order notes and we will accommodate where possible.
